The Ensemble

Welcome to a residence like no other!

'Der Kronprinz' extends over three floors on the south side of the exclusive townhouse ensemble 'Die Kronprinzgärten', which was designed by six leading architects in their individual design vocabularies. In 2022, the architects Patzschke & Partner won the Audience Award presented by the Association of German Architects (BDA) in Berlin for one of the eleven individual townhouses. Traversed as it once was by Falkoniergasse lane and stylishly landscaped in the inner courtyard, the ensemble blends stylishly and gracefully into its mature surroundings. Convenient parking is also provided in the form of a two-storey underground garage with oversized parking spaces.
